Champagne Papi is selling one of his luxury residences in Hidden Hills, California, after moving to another mansion in the LA area (he is said to have just bought a home A new pillow worth $70 million in Beverly Hills From Robbie Williams.)
The three-acre property is downright ridiculous, in its most draconian in all respects, and boasts its own massive pool with spa grotto, an 80-foot rock waterslide, a 25-seat movie theater, tennis and basketball courts, and equestrian trails. Even the bull ride mechanic for a reason.
It’s like Drake’s little Playboy mansion… in the literal sense of the word; Fortune reports that the legacy was once Owned by the late Hugh Hefner Himself.
Seeing pictures of the place, this last little dish shouldn’t surprise you much.
According to Drizzi Bought Hidden Hills Home in 2012 for $7.7 Million From the owner of Saddle Ranch (Larry Pollack), he later told Rolling Stone in an interview that he had actually wanted the place for years.

The Tudor English home is located on a private cul-de-sac and comes with the option to purchase two adjoining properties, also owned by Drake, for a total of $22.2 million (USD).
Its really hard to describe how rich and modern this place looks. You have to look at the pictures.
Realtors say the 12,500-square-foot home features “the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.”

However, the real game is the sensational cavernous pool area, mainly due to the fact that it is – as the property owners put it – “surrounded by televisions for watching the big game or enjoying a floating movie.”

Although they don’t explicitly identify Mr. Graham as the owner of this property, it’s a widely open secret – one that the real estate team doesn’t necessarily shy away from.
