The Trump Social Media of Truth social set will be released on Monday

Former President Donald Trump’s new social media site is set to launch on the Apple App Store on Monday. Reuters Reported.

In October, Trump announced the launch of the platformCalled True community, “To stand against the tyranny of big technology.” It was launched under the recently formed Trump Media & Technology Group, under which former GOP representative Devin Nunes serves as chief executive.

Sources said Reuters As of Thursday, about 500 beta users were already using the Truth Social processor.

On Saturday, Outlet reported that it had seen screen shots of Truth social posts made by its chief production officer that the processor would be released to the public on Monday.

“We’re currently releasing it on Monday, February 21st in the Apple App Store,” said an executive listed as Billy B, according to Reuters.

TMTG did not immediately respond to Insider’s request for comment.

Insider previously announced that the application would be launched on Monday, February 21, President’s Day. As of Saturday, the list for Truth Social in the Apple App Store is said to be “expected February 21, 2022”.

The launch of Truth Social marks the return of Trump to banned social media from Twitter, Facebook and YouTube in the wake of the Capitol uprising on January 6 last year.
