Maybe it was “tool time” after all.
Tim Allen has been comically filmed flashing fellow “Home Improvement” Patricia Richardson in a new clip.
In the lecherous mistake scene, Allen, who played Richardson’s husband on the ABC sitcom, was wearing a kilt as the actress says, “Whoa, long. I wish it was shorter.”
Then Allen lifts his union, and while the camera doesn’t show what was underneath, Richardson, 71, explained to TMZ Tuesday, “He was well dressed there. I was just shocked that he pulled a kilt up, not by a guy in boxer shorts.”
The video comes after Allen, 69, was accused by Pamela Anderson of flashing his penis on her when she appeared as Lisa the Tool Girl on the hit show.
“On the first day of filming, I walked out of the locker room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and quickly flashed me—completely naked underneath,” the Baywatch alum, 55, wrote in her new memoir, Love, Pamela.
Anderson claimed the “Santa Claus” star told her it was “fair” he did it because he “saw [her] Naked”, probably in Playboy.
“[He said,] “We are now even.” “I laughed uncomfortably,” she recalls.
Home Improvement star Pamela Anderson also accused Allen of flashing her, which he denied.

Allen denied the allegations, saying in a statement to Variety “No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing.”
Anderson was 23 years old when she appeared on Home Improvement. Allen, who starred as Tim “The Toolman” Taylor, was 37 years old at the time of the alleged incident.
